What is this system?
A digital checklist system that allows organizations to manage checklists, collect responses from employees, and track reports in real-time.
Each organization or domain gets its own separate environment with a unique path and unique admin PIN.
How does it work?
1. Domain Registration
- Its own unique path (e.g.,
/domain1,/domain2) - Unique admin PIN (can be set during registration)
- Its own separate checklist
- Custom logo and language
2. Building the Checklist
The admin logs in with the domain's unique admin PIN and builds the checklist:
- Adds questions (items)
- Chooses answer type: text, yes/no, dropdown, radio buttons, comment
- Adds help images to questions
- Defines options for dropdowns
3. Filling the Checklist
Employees access their domain's unique path and fill out the checklist:
- Answer all questions
- Mark answers as critical (if needed)
- Add comments (if enabled)
- Submit the report
4. Viewing Reports
Everyone can see reports from the last 24 hours on the main page.
The admin can view all reports, generate reports, and view statistics in the BI Dashboard.
Special Features
"Yes" answers are displayed in green and "No" answers in red for quick identification.
Answers can be marked as critical - they will be displayed with a blinking red dot in reports.
Help images can be added to each question to clarify meaning.
The system supports Hebrew, English, Russian, and Arabic with full RTL support.
